We’re looking for experienced Account Executives to join the Marvel sales team and help set the pace for growth. This is a really exciting opportunity, as we are building out the sales team from scratch. It’s exactly the right time to join a well funded, series-A startup and grow with the company. The first people who come into the team will have the opportunity to set up the structures and processes, shape the team, and become the future leaders for sales at Marvel.

Joining our sales team as an Account Executive at Marvel you will be closing qualified leads from some of the biggest and most recognisable brands and agencies in the world. Qualified leads will be passed to you by your colleagues in Sales Development. You’ll re-qualify the leads, and use your natural charm to quickly build a relationship with them, answer their questions to turn them into new Enterprise or ‘Company’ level paying customers. Your success will be measured on the value of the new business you bring to Marvel each month. To be successful you’ll need to work closely with the SDRs who will be building the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Hold meetings (in person, phone or web demos) with your accounts to close enterprise sales deals

Build amazing relationships with your prospect companies

Where your accounts are not yet ready to buy, know how best to nurture them; never dropping the ball

Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets

Requirements

1+ years experience in an Account Executive role or similar

You have experience in selling to agencies, tech companies and startups

You’re a quick thinker and easily able assess and understand a customer’s needs

You’re naturally charming, charismatic and able to establish rapport with your customers

Fantastic communication skills, both on the phone and in writing

You’re extremely driven, and love hitting targets, but know the difference between being persuasive and being pushy, always putting the customer experience first

You’re a team player and fun to be around

Start-up experience and an interest in design is a plus!
